BAI-KING: BEAN SALSA
Welcome to a new series that I have been dying to start! I hate cooking and I hate baking! I swear that every time I have ever tried to cook/bake, it always takes so long to make, it doesn't taste that great, and I'm lazy and give up! But all these recipes that I am going to share in this series are all easy and taste soooo good! And if I can make these, I know you can too!
I found this recipe on YouTube awhile ago, and it looked so good! You can find the original recipe here! So, being the lazy chef I am, decided that I would give it a shot. AND YOU GUYS! This is for sure one of my favorite things I have ever made in my entire life! This is honestly the key to my heart! It is great for big parties, or just yourself. I make it for both! I don't make it exactly as they do, but it is close enough.
INGREDIENTS
1 Red Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Onion
(You can also half it if you don't like a lot of onion)
(You can also half it if you don't like a lot of onion)
1 Can of Corn
1 or 2 Cans of Beans
(Sometimes 2 depending on the size of your peppers)
Cilantro
2 Limes
Chili Powder
Garlic Salt
Ground Cumin
DIRECTIONS
Okay, get ready for the easiest directions ever!
Chop your peppers, onion, and cilantro and put into a bowl.
(I hate myself, because I decided this time I would put my onion in my Ninja blender, (to see if it would work) and I definitely recommend using an actual chopper! Because it was all mushed together and it definitely didn't taste as good as it could have tasted! So take your time to chop everything!)

Open and drain corn and beans, then add into your bowl.
(I do strain my beans, but you don't have too)

Squeeze both limes over your mixture.
Add seasonings.
(I prefer a lot of garlic salt, so I just add whatever I feel. But start small!)
** This is best eaten with lime flavored tortilla chips! I promise!
And I usually keep it in the fridge for about 1-2 maybe 3 days. After that everything just starts to get soggy.
